COURSE DESCRIPTION: First Year Composition: Standard English writing skills. Prerequisites: Satisfactory placement score or a grade of "C" or better in ENG071.

Computer/Internet English 101

This English 101 Internet course meets all English 101 requirements for transfer to a 4-year college or for graduation. This course is designed as a distance learning course for the student who cannot be on campus at specific times because of changing work hours or other commitments that will not allow campus participation at set hours. The entire course, lectures, examples, and assignments are all packaged on the Internet. Students are required to have access to a computer and to the Internet.
