Homepage Event Criteria:

There will be no more than five listings at a time with links to the events calendar which will change on a weekly basis. Requests will be made through Institutional Advancement at least 2 weeks prior to event and will be posted in the order they are received. Events will stay posted for at least 48 hours. IA reserves the right to suggest other criteria as the process moves forward.

An event will be posted to the Mesa Community College Web Events if your event:

• Supports events and activities sponsored by MCC, its programs, services, and/or recognized clubs
• Conveys general information about event and are open to the public

MCC Web Events Calendar may not be used for advertising campus classes or advertising community public events that are not affiliated with the college or college facility space. IA reserves the right to edit submissions for length, punctuation and formatting. Events that do not meet the criteria stated above will not be posted.
