Event/Safety Regulations:

Mesa Community College is ultimately liable for sponsored events on campus. Potential for risk or injury is present at any event or gathering of individuals. Therefore, there is protocol to follow:

Facility Use - Facilities clearance and calendar from Facilities Planner must be completed two weeks prior to event. Many events are planned several semesters in advance so the earlier the request is submitted, the better. Please check with legal for additional information including the restriction of any alcohol sale or consumption, or use of tobacco in any indoor or outdoor facility.
