Public Relations and Special Events Assistant
Jennifer serves as the Southern and Dobson public relations and special events assistant. She assists with the planning and coordination of community, employee and student recognition activities fort he college. She also maintains the marquees, the VoIP message scrolls, online events calendar, and the events section on MCC's homepage.
Jennifer has worked for Mesa Community College sine 1995. She began working in the Dean of Student and Community Services office before joining the Office of Institutional Advancement (IA) in 2001. As a member of IA, she previously served as an office coordinator, alumni and communications assistant and continues to offer expertise with budgets, writing, editing, and photography. In addition, Jennifer has participated on several committees, including Employee Recognition and Mesa United Way. Most recently she served as Volunteer Coordinator for the highly successful 2007 Graduation Committee.
Education: Bachelor of Arts, Arizona State University – Majored in Journalism with an emphasis in photojournalism, Minor in Communication; Associate of Arts and Associate of General Studies, Mesa Community College.
