Your faculty and site supervisor have both shared duties and individual duties.
Both assist with your learning plan and objectives. They both advise and supervise you. Staying in communication with each other is also their responsibility. They are each involved in supporting the reflective sessions.
Your faculty coordinator is responsible for guiding your reflective journal and for tracking your learning through your meetings with each other, the journal, attendance at reflective sessions, analytical paper, and the progress reports from your site supervisor. Your faculty coordinator gives you a letter grade for the class. It is in your interest to find out at the beginning what your faculty coordinator expects from you for the grade that you want.
The site supervisor is responsible to provide the necessary resources for you to perform you duties and to comply with standard workplace policies. The site supervisor will also complete the mid-term and final evaluation reports and return them to your faculty supervisor.
