- Complete the Online
Orientation
- Select a Department in which you can Earn Credit
- Search the Agency Database where you can do Service-Learning
- Contact a Service-Learning Faculty
Coordinator
- Complete the Student Enrollment Application as a Word .doc or Acrobat .pdf
- Complete the Assumption of Risk Forms
- Return ALL paperwork to the Center for Service-Learning and register
