Steps & Deadlines to Remember
Online Entries
- To complete the online entries you must first submit the Intent-to-Compete form. Schools that do not submit an Intent-to-Compete form will NOT be guaranteed acceptance into the meet.
- After receiving your Intent-to-Compete confirmation email, please visit www.wingfootfinish.com between August 21 and September 18 to submit your entry roster. Follow the link for the Mesa Thunderbird Cross Country Classic. Please follow all instructions on the site and always print an entry receipt at the end of your session.
(INDIVIDUAL ATHLETES, wanting to compete on Friday, may enter online HERE.)
- All entries must be completed online at www.wingfootfinish.com by Monday, September 18 at 12:00 PM. Entries will NOT be guaranteed acceptance after this deadline.
- Entries will NOT be accepted by telephone, fax, or e-mail.

Field Size Policy
We will cap the field size in each race to 100 athletes. If any division reaches or exceeds this saturation point, meet management reserves the right to limit a team in that division to five (5) athletes.
Entry Fees
- Entry fees are $75.00 per team (each gender is a separate team). If you are entering individuals only, then the entry fee is $10.00.
- If we are able to accept any late entries, a $40.00 late fee will be applied to the team fee or $5.00 for individuals.
- Make checks payable to “Mesa Community College Cross Country”
- Entry fees will be paid on the day of the meet.
Accepted Entries
A list of accepted entries will be posted on the meet web site on September 19. Please check this web site for entry confirmation and any last minute information.
Packet Pickup
Packets can be picked up on race day near the finish line area. They will include course maps, competition numbers, and instructions.
High School coaches may pick up team packets beginning at 6:00 AM on race day at the course. |
