Enrollment Requirements & Procedures:

The child's parent or legal guardian must be enrolled at Mesa Community College or be employed with the Maricopa County Community College District
- Children must be between 3 and 12 years of age and be fully potty trained
- Children must be 3 years old at the beginning of the semester to be enrolled
- An enrollment packet must be completed prior to the child's first day of attendance and will include:
- ADHS Blue Emergency, Information & Immunization Record
- A copy of your child's birth certificate
- A copy of your paid class schedule (unless receiving financial aid)
- A copy of your child's immunization record (must be current)
- Signed attendance and payment agreement
It is our goal to provide quality child care services. In the event, however, the center is not able to serve a child, the parent will be notified. Depending on the situation, every effort will be made to provide the student with information about how to make other child care arrangements.
