Patricia Aburdene’s closing keynote will explore three megatrends
that profoundly influence leaders in community colleges and universities.First, Patricia will describe how leaders from many walks of life are living transcendent values and personal spirituality in their organizations. Next, she will tackle the special challenges and unique opportunities of “Leading from the Middle,” that is to say, exerting authority, influence, and even power from mid-levels, rather than at the organizational “top.” Third, she will focus on spirituality at work and the changes it is creating in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
