Box Office Policies
Box Office window opens one hour prior to all ticketed events. Everyone must have a ticket to be allowed entry. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Ticket orders processed 14 days prior to an event will be placed in will call. Late comers will be seated at the discretion of the House Manager. No cameras and/or recording equipment are allowed. Accessible seating is available upon request. Assisted listening devices are available at the House Managers Desk.
Season Ticket Packages are available at a discount.
