Leading-edge Incident Command and Emergency Operations training is vital to the safety and security of the American people.

The better emergency responders can manage these highly complex and often life-threatening situations, the more secure we are as a nation. Lives will be saved, property better protected and the collective sense of well-being of our citizenry will be heightened.

The Virtual Incident Command Center (VICC) at Mesa Community College provides such leading-edge training.

Our teaching methodologies and simulation models were developed in consultation with thought-leaders across all incident command and emergency operations categories. Without question, VICC provides some of the most comprehensive ICC/EOC teaching and simulation training available anywhere. We meet all standards set forth by the National Incident Management System (NIMS), the governing body for the industry.
