The Real Estate & Real Estate Appraisal program is designed for students who plan to enter the real estate profession. Our program includes in-depth exposure to real estate principles, practices, appraisals, sales, and much more. If you plan on following the curriculum you should become familiar with the provisions of the real estate codes and with the licenses required.
The Real Estate & Real Estate Appraisal program includes four areas of study:
- Real Estate
- Real Estate – Certified Residential Appraiser
- Real Estate – Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
- Real Estate – Residential Appraisal Apprentice
