The Group Activity Center offers students a flexible attendance with a wide variety of workout options in a friendly, personalized setting. Workout sessions of the student's choice are available during the Fall and Spring semesters, Monday through Saturday and Monday through Thursday during the Summer Sessions. Both day and evening classes are available so students can create their own schedule. See Group Activity Center (GAC) schedule below.
