BPC110 Data Files - Office 2007There are four units in BPC110, Computer Usage and Applications: Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Follow these directions to download an executable file that contains all of the necessary data files for each unit.
These instructions assume you are saving the BPC110 data files on your USB Flash drive using the Internet Explorer browser.
Instructions:
- Insert your flash drive into the USB port.
Be sure to ask for assistance if you are NOT familar with flash drives.
- Click on one of the links below.
Download BPC110 Data Files for Unit 1 (Word):

Download BPC110 Data Files for Unit 2 (Excel):

Download BPC110 Data Files for Unit 3 (Access):

Download BPC110 Data Files for Unit 4 (PowerPoint):
2007_bpc110_powerpoint.exe
- When the File Download – Security Warning dialog box is displayed, click the Run button.
- When the Internet Explorer – Security Warning dialog box is displayed, click the Run button.
- When the WinZip Self-Extractor dialog box displays, click the Browse button.
- From the list of drives listed under My Computer click on your flash drive (usually E: or F:) to select it.
- Click the OK button in the Browse for Folder dialog box.
- Click the Unzip button in the WinZip Self-Extractor dialog box.
- When the WinZip Self-Extractor confirmation box appears, click the OK button.
- Click the Close button in the WinZip Self-Extractor dialog box.
- Close the Internet Explorer Browser and verify the files were downloaded. The files should be stored within Chapter folders in either the Word, Excel, Access, or Powerpoint folders.
