This program is designed to provide students with knowledge and skills to meet the challenges of a changing workplace. Courses will be offered in Coaching and Interpersonal Skills, Developing High-Performance Teams, Project Management, Innovation Strategies, Achieving Service Excellence, Leadership and Empowerment Strategies, Motivation, Evaluation, and Reward Systems.
Students must earn a grade of "C" or better in the required courses.>
