| Module 1 includes and
overview of CIS105, Chapters 1-3, 8, and 11 in your Computers: Tools for
an Information Age (COMP) and the following sections of your
Essentials 2003 Lab (ESS) book: Windows, Getting Started With
Microsoft Windows XP, Getting Started with Microsoft Internet Explorer,
and Word. Check your Weekly Assignment Schedule for due dates
and point structure. You will also be setting up your Train & Assess
It Training/Testing access and completing a tutorial within it. You
will be using Microsoft Office software to complete most of your
assignments. (You can also use Wordpad or Notepad to answer concepts
questions.) You should be able to find them through clicking on the Start button on the task bar, then selecting
Programs. |

Your COMP Assignments: Save the file as YourLastName_Mod1 (i.e. Smith_Mod1). Upload to the Dropbox (do not send through email). Note: Do not submit your dropbox until both this file and your MATRIX_yourlastname file are uploaded. Then submit the files.
