QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE (64-66 credits)

This program is designed to provide students with training to meet the requirements for employment in non-sales areas. Courses will be offered in Customer Service, Teamwork, Communication skills (both written and oral) and Professional Development.

Students must receive a grade of "C" or better in all required courses.

The 23 restricted elective credits must
include a minimum of 9 credits with a
common prefix. These restricted electives
must be chosen from the core requirements
of an AAS degree program, Certificate, or
a specialized or industry/job specific
program of study that has been approved
by the Business Department chair.
