University Transfer Programs

Associate in Transfer Partnership (ATP)

    Business majors in the areas of Economics, Finance,
        Marketing, Management, Real Estate, Supply Chain Management

Associate of Business - Special Requirements (ABUS-SR)
    Computer Information Systems (CIS)

Associate of Business - General Requirements (ABUS-GR)
    For Business majors in Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management,
    Real Estate, Supply Chain Management, but not for Accountancy and CIS.

Associates in Applied Science (AAS) - Most Majors
    An AAS degree is recommended for students who want to gain a depth of
    technical expertise leading to employment through the completion of
    an occupational program. Some students may also want to pursue a
    baccalaureate degree as well. An AAS degree may be tranferred to
    the Bachelor of Applied Science at Arizona State University East and West,
    and Northern Arizona University.

Private Universities - Most Majors
    Many private universities permit students to transfer various degrees, and
    some accept as many as 84 transfer credit hours.

Arizona Course Applicabaility System (AZCAS) - Transferring Specific Courses
    Instead of transferring a block of courses as a degree, students
    may choose to transfer course-by-course. Advisors at both
    institutions should be consulted before enrolling in a specific course.

The Business and Industry Institute (B&II), a division of Mesa Community College,
offers courses to help students prepare for industry certifications such as those
offered by Cisco, Microsoft, Novell, Sun, CompTIA, and others.
