Open Entry Staff
Hi, I'm Linda Collins, the coordinator for the Open Entry program here at Mesa Community College. I also teach many of the Open Entry classes and co-administrate MIDAS the course tool you will be using for your coursework.

Jayne Halterman is a retired faculty member who helps me to coordinate the program. You may see Jayne when you come in for your orientation at Dobson or Red Mountain campuses. Jayne has taught at MCC for many years and also teaches the BPC111AA keyboarding class in Open Entry.
Carole Saccoccia is a retired lab manager from the Business Department labs at Dobson and Red Mountain. Carole works with WebCT and assists students as part of her responsibilities.
Christine DeRosa and Connie DeRosa are lab technicians at the Dobson lab and also are your Open Entry instructional support staff members. You may see Chris or Connie in the lab helping students, receive email responses from them with questions you have, or find one of them helping with the orientations.
Open Entry classes are offered as an online Internet option for taking coursework for credit. You may work at home using the appropriate software or work in any of our three labs.

As you work on your Open Entry classes in the labs at Southern and Dobson, or Red Mountain, there are trained staff members who will be there to help you with your questions.
Open Entry/Self-Paced classes are supported by staff at both site locations.Open Entry support includes:
