Business Department Student Workers 2007

Business Department Student Workers 2007 Colleen Norris (center) is in her 17th year with MCC including the past ten years as the Administrative Secretary for the Business Department. Her student staff this semester includes (from far left), Jesus, Thao, Brenda and Marina.

Jesus Alan Yuriar is a computer major from Mexico who wants to become a Computer Engineer. This is his second year at MCC, and he plans to graduate next spring. He loves sports, videogames and movies, and he enjoys playing baseball, soccer and basketball. Jesus hopes to eventually earn a masters degree or even a PhD.

Thao Trieu is a sophomore Finance major from Vietnam. She hopes to eventually earn her masters degree. In her spare time, Thao enjoys music, movies and food. She is a very friendly person who claims she “is persistent in things that I do”.

Brenda Lucas, a native of Provo, UT, is a sophomore Business major who plans to complete her bachelors in Business at ASU. Brenda is a very busy student: she organized and helps run the Future Business Leaders of America Club, made the National Dean’s List for 2006-2007, and recently won a large Dorrance scholarship to continue her education. In her spare time, she likes to cook, quilt, sew, can & preserve, and she wants to continue to learn.

Marina Milosavljevic is a nursing student from Serbia. She plans to continue her studies at one of the Arizona universities after graduating from MCC in May, 2009. Marina plays on the MCC Tennis team and enjoys fashion, interior design and “anything that has to do with beauty and fashion”. Marina prides herself on being a kind, understanding and patient person. She once won 1st Place in a typing and speech contest, and she likes to dance the Flamenco.
