Candidates for admission to the Dental Hygiene Program must meet the following criteria: Download the selection criteria checksheet
- Possess a High School diploma or GED.
- Complete all prerequisite coursework with a letter grade of ’C’ (2.0) or better prior to applying to the Program.
- Minimum overall GPA for prerequisite coursework (CRE101 and HCC courses not included) is 2.5.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 in prerequisite science courses.
- Significant emphasis is placed on experience in the dental field.
