Application Procedure:

Application and application procedure is being updated for 2010. Watch this site for information late Fall 2009.

Follow the Dental Hygiene Program Application Checklist carefully to ensure that all requested items are submitted. Only complete applications will be considered. Prerequisite coursework must be completed prior to submitting application. Applications received with pending classes will not be considered.

Completed dental hygiene applications will be accepted only during the open application time period of January 1 - February 1. All submissions and supporting documentation must be postmarked by February 1 and sent to:

All selected applicants will be notified by the Selection Committee of their acceptance status no later than April 1.

Program Costs:

An estimate of expenses relating to the Dental Hygiene Program is listed on the Estimated Student Expense form. Students must purchase an Instrument and Supply kit and additional Dental Hygiene course fees may apply.
