Meet with the dedicated Education Advisor to help ensure your success as a pre-service teacher education major.

• Interpret placement test scores
• Unofficial transcript evaluation
• Clarify degree requirements; including university transfer requirements
• Set up a personalized graduation plan
• Confirm transfer eligibility
• Obtain scholarship information and deadlines
• Monitor your academic progress semester by semester

Student Responsibilities:

• Touch base with an advisor every semester to keep on track
• Keep copies of curriculum check sheets and unofficial transcripts
• Request official transcripts from previous colleges to be sent to the Records Office for official evaluation
• Prepare questions to ask during advisor appointments
• Register early to create a perfect class schedule
• Pay attention to deadlines for refunds; drop/add; withdrawal; and graduation application dates
