Culinary Studies students are required to purchase uniforms and a knife kit before participating in cooking classes.
An MCC knife kit will include everything you need to participate in a cooking class. This includes knives, peelers, spatulas, and other utensils.
Uniforms are also required, and consist of black & white checkered chef pants, MCC embroidered chef coat, apron, and hat.
