One 4 hr session: Charge $69**

Class Description: This hands-on course will emphasize classic baking and pastry techniques utilized in the production of tarts. The easy-to-follow recipes will show the participants how to produce five popular and classic dessert tart selections: the classic fresh fruit tart, a lemon cream tart with white chocolate mousse, a chocolate raspberry tart, and bourbon nut tart with chocolate crust, and a pear almond tart. Students of all culinary skill levels are welcome

You are invited to join Chef Christine Hahn in learning how to create a selection of tarts. Chef Tina was the past Pastry Chef for the Arizona Biltmore, Troon North, and the Crown Plaza Hotel. She also holds a Certified Working Pastry Chef certification from the American Culinary Federation, she was nominated for Chef of the Year in 2002 and 2003 for the ACF Resort and Country Club Chefs Association.

Limit 12 students.

Chef Tina is also the MCC Pastry and Baking Chef.
