BIO 106 – Biotechnology and Society

An introduction to biotechnology and its’ impact on society: The student will explore the limitations and applications of this new technology while learning how the science of biotechnology impacts our lives. Finally, the student will develop the ability to identify and evaluate the risks and benefits associated with biotechnology.
