Dance Scholarships

The Mesa Community College Dance Scholarship Foundation awards scholarship money to a select number of students who are declared dance majors.

Students must show technical skill, strong performance qualities, motivation, a positive work ethic, volunteerism, financial need, good grades (2.5 or higher) and a dedication to the educational and/or performance aspects of the dance community.

This award is for incoming Freshmen or continuing students who have not received dance scholarship money from Mesa Community College.

If you feel you possess these qualities, download and complete your application along with a 2-3 minute solo on DVD or VHS cassette.

Deadline for submission: Friday, August 14th, 2009. Recipients will be notified via e-mail by Friday, August 21st, 2009. Scholarship money will not be awarded until the completion of the Fall 2009 semester.

Amount of awards will vary each year depending on number of eligible applicants and vary from $100.00-$500.00 per selected applicant.
