Courses & Schedules
PED 115:
Located in the fitness center, features both resistance and cardiovascular exercise equipment including: Cybex weight machines, ellipiticals, Lifecycles and recumbent bikes, stairmasters, and treadmills. Individualized workout programs are available.
Lifetime Fitness also offers a group activity schedule with a variety of class options which may include: cardio classes such as 20/20, Cardio Combo, Kick'n Box, Step & Sculpt, and Total Body Conditioning, Core Fitness and Body Sculpting classes, Pilates matwork classes and yoga classes. Current schedule of classes are located in any Lifetime Fitness center.
PED 120AF:
Health Improvement Center (Southern & Dobson only) is designed to provide equipment, staff, and individualized exercise programs. The H.I.C. offers extensive experience in weight training through the use of free weights and Cybex equipment and also provides personalized programs for physically challenged students.
