It's never been easier.

The Fitness Center offers students total conditioning through the Universal Super Circuit System of Aerobic Weight Training. This program is designed to tone the entire body and improve cardiovascular efficiency. Individualized, computerized exercise programs are developed for you by one of the certified Community College instructors always on duty. A complete total body workout can be completed in 30 minutes. Testing performed includes flexibility, stress, blood pressure, body measurements, fat percentage and strength.

Fall 2008:
Monday - Thursday 7:00am to 10:00 pm
Friday 7:00am to 6:30pm
Saturday 7:00am to 2:00pm
Sunday Closed
