Class Descriptions:
CORE FITNESS: This specialized class incorporates exercises using the stability ball, BOSU, Pilates matwork, and yoga styles to enhance abdominal, lower back, glutes, and hip strength with toning benefits to the entire body.
FITNESS YOGA: This yoga class incorporates the fundamentals of yoga with the principles of fitness. Class emphasis is on strength while improving your flexibility and balance.
KICK 'N BOX: The fat-burning benefits of an aerobics class combined with the toning benefits of a sculpting class all "wrapped" up in a boxing style workout incorporating both upper and lower body conditioning.
PILATES MATWORK: A core fitness class incorporating back and abdominal muscles applying matwork by Joseph Pilates.
STEP AEROBICS: A low impact cardiovascular exercise workout designed to burn fat using various step combinations and options to increase the intensity.
TBC (Total Body Conditioning): An all-encompassing class that fulfills your total fitness needs. Integrating cardio, muscle conditioning, and core strength to achieve maximum benefits.
Red Mountain Fitness Center:
The Fitness Center offers students total conditioning through the use of Cybex weight machines and cardiovascular equipment including:
- Gravitron
- Lifecycles (Upright and Recumbent)
- Precor Ellipticals
- Smith Press
- StarTrac Treadmills

Fall 2008:
Monday - Thursday: 6:30am - 2:00pm; 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Friday: 6:30am - 2:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
Sunday Closed
