- Enroll
- You must enroll as a student through the Admissions office and receive your student ID.
- Decide if you are taking classes for a letter grade or pass/fail no credit option.
- Choose Lifetime Fitness class to register for
- PED 115 - 2 credits, access to use all three centers
- PED 120AF - 2 credits, access to use all three centers
- PED 101FL - 1 credit, Southern and Dobson only, access to use two centers (FC, GAC)
- PED 101WT - 1 credit, Southern and Dobson HIC only, Red Mountain FC only
- PED 133 - 2 credits, "Olympic Style Lifting" class, HIC only

- Register for any class offered at MCC in 1 of 4 ways
- Once registered, what are the rules?
- All new students must complete an orientation prior to their first work out.
- Students in a graded section must complete the required number of hours of physical activity plus any additional components specific to your class to receive a passing letter grade [A, B]
- Only registered students may use the facilities and equipment
- You must wear appropriate attire and shoes to participate
- You may need to store your personal items while working out. We have lockers available for your use.
