- CONDITIONING: Aerobics, Body Sculpt, Kick N Box, Aerobic Dance, Yoga, Cycling, Salsa Aerobics, Pilates, Total Body Conditioning
- MARTIAL ARTS: Self Defense, Karate, Kung Fu, Hawaiian, Tai Chi, Aikido, Fencing
- LEISURE ACTIVITIES: Basketball, Bowling, Fencing, Golf, Racquetball, Tennis, Volleyball, Jog-Walk, Weight Training, Hiking, Backpacking
- FITNESS: Lifetime Fitness (Fitness Center - Health Improvement Center - Group Activity Center), Weight Training
- LEISURE DANCE: Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Tap, Belly Dancing, Latin Styles, Ballroom, Tango, Swing, Hip Hop, Jazz Aerobics, Salsa Aerobics
- DANCE TECHNIQUE: Dance Workshop, Dance Performance, Choreography, Modern Jazz, Ballet
