Individual, dual, or team activities as listed in the schedule of classes. May be repeated for credit. Prerequisites: None.

There are a variety of activity classes which fall under the PED prefix. Please be sure to check the online schedule for the most "up-to-date" listing of classes, locations, and availability.

  • CONDITIONING: Aerobics, Body Sculpt, Kick N Box, Aerobic Dance, Yoga, Cycling, Salsa Aerobics, Pilates, Total Body Conditioning

  • MARTIAL ARTS: Self Defense, Karate, Kung Fu, Hawaiian, Tai Chi, Aikido, Fencing

  • LEISURE ACTIVITIES: Basketball, Bowling, Fencing, Golf, Racquetball, Tennis, Volleyball, Jog-Walk, Weight Training, Hiking, Backpacking

  • FITNESS: Lifetime Fitness (Fitness Center - Health Improvement Center - Group Activity Center), Weight Training

  • LEISURE DANCE: Jazz, Modern, Ballet, Tap, Belly Dancing, Latin Styles, Ballroom, Tango, Swing, Hip Hop, Jazz Aerobics, Salsa Aerobics

  • DANCE TECHNIQUE: Dance Workshop, Dance Performance, Choreography, Modern Jazz, Ballet
