Welcome!

Wellness courses are offered to increase your personal knowledge of how to live a healthier and happier lifestyle, through learning principles of physical fitness and wellness, to heightening your understanding of Alternative or Complementary Medicine, to actual participation in a variety of fitness and activity classes.

Wellness can be promoted through participation in Dance, Aerobics, and Team Sports as well as Individual Sports. Check the Dance website for DAN (technique classes), the PED website for all forms of activity classes (dance to ballroom, basketball to tennis, weight training to Yoga, and much more). WED 110 satisfies one of your Social Behavioral requirements.

The Health and Wellness program is designed to help keep you focused in a hectic world, relaxed in a stressful one, and healthy so you can do your best in both your personal and professional life.

We are located in building PE 56 (south/east quadrant of campus) and have a variety of classes, activities and groups to promote health and wellness.
