Some Things Just Look Better Leaving
This play looks at adults in their mid twenties trying to find themselves between the pickup bars and bad relationships. They are trapped at the point in their lives where they know what they want; they just need to find the motivation to go after it. As James makes the difficult choice to begin fresh by moving away, he is suddenly bombarded by the affections of every female around him, making his choice very difficult. Some Things Just Look Better Leaving comically portrays relationships between single men and women, allowing the audience to laugh at the complex, unpredictability of love. It looks at friendship, life choices, and facing your own faults.
