Goals:

Phase One:

• Create system for managing and tracking website projects and edits. Includes web-based entry site for MCC employees to make requests. Plan will also outline turnaround time for certain jobs and delineate the roles and responsibilities of individuals who perform work on the website.
  
• Devise Communication Plan for providing updates to MCC Employees describing the work and responsibilities of the Oversight Committee.
  
• Redesign the Homepage and all first tier pages based on the recommendations of the Redesign Committee.

Phase Two:

• Deploy the Homepage and all first tier pages based on the recommendations of the Web Oversight Committee
  
• Establish web standards and style guide for institutional web sites and communicate information to the college community
  
• Continue providing updates to MCC Employees describing project outcomes and responsibilities of the Oversight Committee
  
• Identify web contact person for each campus area
  

Phase Three:

• Prioritize second and third tier page redesign by campus area
  
• Coordinate with campus areas to re-develop web pages beyond the first tier pages
