Call Center MCC is the first and only Maricopa college to fully implement an IP based call center. MCC recently introduced 4 call center 'splits', or departments, that now log in to IPCC, a contact center management application from Cisco Systems. Registration, Financial Aid, Cashiering, and Help Desk have migrated all their phone agents to this system. There are many features that now enable our agents more to be more responsive to callers seeking student services , but the most dynamic result for us is the ability to run our call centers across the MCC WAN, or even via the internet.
