Call Detail Records
Call Detail Records provides a browsing and reporting layer over the Cisco CallManager CDR database. Phones can be grouped in a tree of organizational units, then reports can be produced over this hierarchy.
- Import the CallManager CDR database in the local database.
- Assign groups of phones to organizational units.
- Calculate Call Costs based on configurable patterns matching.
- Identify the geographical location of the other party according to the area code database.
- Filtering support by category, time and number patterns.
