Susan McAlpine is the Director of Civic Engagement and Service Learning at Mount Wachusett Community College. She has been a strong advocate for implementing a team approach in building the Mount's highly successful Service Learning & newly implemented Civic Engagement programs. She has a strong background in volunteer management and developing collaborations and community partnerships.

Susan holds a Master's Degree in Education with a focus on Instructional Design, Training and Development. She has developed educational programs receiving state, national and international recognition for the University of Massachusetts, Amherst; Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Public Health; and Mount Wachusett Community College.
