Registration for Trainers
CCNCCE always looks for ways to expand its network of service-learning and civic engagement practitioners. There is a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in community colleges throughout the country, and CCNCCE helps to make the expertise more readily available to campuses across the country. When you register as a CCNCCE trainer, you are entered into our database of available trainers and may be invited to present on a variety of topics in venues across the United States and its territories.
When you are requested to provide on-site campus based training, CCNCCE will pay for transportation, lodging and per diem (as per the Maricopa Community Colleges District guidelines) for the duration of the training. Payments for expenses are on a reimbursement basis after submitting an invoice (see sample invoice) and brief report of the training (see report form). You must also have each participant complete a Training Participant Form and turn it into you to submit to CCNCCE with your report. If you are not currently a vendor with the Maricopa Community Colleges District, we will need you to complete a W-9 Form and turn it into our office before any reimbursement checks can be issued to you. CCNCCE does not offer an honorarium, but it encourages host institutions to provide trainers with an honorarium. The matter of an honorarium is decided between the trainer and host institution.
If you accept an invitation to provide training for an institution through CCNCCE, it is the responsibility of the trainer and host institution to make necessary arrangements (i.e. date, location, needed materials, training needs, etc.) CCNCCE will provide both trainer and host institution with the necessary contact information.
