2006-Present	Service Learning Consultant: Assists colleges/universities and organizations nationwide to establish and enhance service learning programs including initiatives addressing administrative support and involvement, faculty knowledge and skills, institutional infrastructure, and community partnerships.
2001 - 2006	Founding Director of the Office of Service Learning, Academic Affairs, Loyola University New Orleans, Louisiana: Responsible for overall operation of the Office of Service Learning, including all elements of program planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation as well as the supervision and training of all staff and volunteers.
