- Manage the daily functions and operations of the campus including staff, grant programs and facilities;
- Oversee DCC Student Services;
- Work collaboratively with the Dean, Student Services, Damon City Campus and Dean, Academic Services, Damon City Campus;
- Development and management the campus budget;
- Select, supervise and evaluate personnel in conjunction with the appropriate vice president;
- Supervise and evaluate administrative office support personnel;
- In conjunction with the Vice President, Administrative Services, serves as the campus liaison to contracted entities such as Genesee Management with regard to campus security and housekeeping, and Wilmorite Corporation with regard to facilities;
- Represent the campus with external constituencies such as businesses, the Rochester City School District, community-based organizations, Rochester Police Department and public officials;
