Advertising Information
Circulation — 15,000 newspapers are distributed each
issue; 10,000 of which are inserted in the East Valley Tribune
for home delivery to the East Valley community. The remaining newspapers
are placed in racks located at high traffic areas on the Southern
& Dobson, Red Mountain and Downtown Center campuses.
Ad Design — The Mesa Legend can also provide
ad design and typesetting for any ads without camera-ready art.
Ad design and typesetting fee is $25 per hour. All ads designed
by the Legend
re-mains property of the Legend unless written consent
has been given.
Positioning — Page placement cannot be guaranteed.
The only exception is for premium back page ads, when available.
Discounts — In addition to our frequency ad discount,
the Legend also offers a 10% discount for advertising agencies
and 20% discount for any MCC departments or organizations.
Payment — All accounts must pre-paid by cash, check
or credit card. All payments are due by the Advertising due date
for that issue.
Inserts — $75 per thousand; minimum 5,000, maximum
15,000. Inserts may not be larger that 8 1/2" x 11". All inserts
must be pre-approved by sending a copy to the advertising manager
by advertising deadline date.
Deliver inserts to:
Intermountain Color, 606 S. Madison Drive, Tempe, AZ 85281. Monday
- Friday 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. seven days prior to insertion date.
Clearly mark all boxes:
"FOR MESA LEGEND INSERTION."
