Dickson posts $100,000 bond; placed on administrative leave

Bruce Dickson, MCC’s business manager, was indicted by a Newfane, Vt., grand jury Oct. 27, on one count of aggravated stalking and two counts of unlawful restraint of a 14-year-old girl, all felony charges that if convicted could land him in prison for 15 years.

The American voters have read their lips. In a backlash, are they shouting “NO NEW PROMISES!”?
“Voters want to know what the candidates are going to do,” said Dr. Gerald Pomper, a professor at Rutgers University’s Institute of Politics and author of several books chronicling every presidential election since 1976.

MCC martial arts pioneer to retire
Debby Gordon began teaching at MCC in 1967 and has been a member of the staff for 33 years. In her years at MCC, some of her positions included nine years as the first department chairwoman of women’s physical education. She has also worked for five years as a writer and editor for The Global Reporter, MCC’s international newsletter.

Is stadium of the future an empty one?
The Arizona Cardinals belong to Bill Bidwill. He brought his team to the Valley in 1988 with plans of temporarily playing in ASU’s Sun Devil Stadium until he could get a new stadium built.
