History of Tree Decorating
The Mesa Southwest Museum will display Holiday Trees, a showing of tree decorations of the local region from the historic period of the HoHoKam Indians to modern times.

Women’s Soccer Coach Danny Sanchez was innacurately quoted in the Nov. 13 edition. For two years, women’s soccer has had 35 shutouts and 14 losses in the team’s history.
 
 
 
 

November 8
A green and black Diamondback bike that had been locked to a light pole by the MU building was reported stolen.

November 13
Female students reported getting unwilling attention from a male student in one of their classes. The male student had been warned previously about similar behavior. During an interview by a certified college officer, he said he would no longer bother the females.

November 14
A white female was observed, by a male student, siphoning gas from his gas tank. Upon arrival at his vehicle, she jumped into an older model Chevrolet Blazer and drove off. She left behind a siphon and a five gallon bottle.

A 1999 Honda was broken into while it was parked in the south lot. The items stolen were valued at $2,332.

A female student reported that her ex-boyfriend violated a court order prohibiting harassment when he came to her classroom door. A certified college officer did not arrive in time to question the man. The female student was asked to provide College Safety with a copy of the court order.

A black Motocachane mountain bike was reported stolen. The owner said that the Krypto lock was locked on the bike when he left it at the rack south of the library.

November 17
A 48-year old male who appeared to be intoxicated was found sleeping on a couch in the Kirk Student Center. A college officer asked the man to leave and he complied.
