cost of education combined with the stumbling economy has placed a
considerable stress on students struggling to make ends meet. Financing
an education is more necessary than ever, but it is also more costly.
Some students have taken second jobs. Others have sought more financial
aid. A few have entered non-traditional fields for support.

policies on April 15. Brian Dilles Issues in World Politics
class brought in Flake because of his membership in the International
Relations Committee, making him an ideal candidate to speak on foreign
policy.
Students follow UN path
The United Nations is the arena designed to create a global effort
to solve the adversities that challenge humanity. While many eyes
now monitor the actual global assembly, 16 MCC students prepare to
embark on their journey to the 53rd annual Model UN of the Far West.
