G-clef  Music

Grammy Winning Choir
Come and listen to what has been called the most outstanding boy's choir in the western hemisphere, the Grammy Award winning Phoenix Boy's Choir.

The choir will perform Nov. 8 at 7:30 p.m. at the Word of Grace Church in Mesa and Nov. 10 at 2 p.m. at the Chandler Center for the Arts. Tickets range from $10–$30. For more information, call (602) 264-5328.

Calling All Singers
The Music Department of South Mountain Community College invites all interested singers from the community to be part of the South Mountain Community College holiday tradition of performing excerpts from Handel's "Messiah."

Each year the choir attracts 50-60 voices that will perform accompanied by a professional orchestra.

Rehearsals begin Nov. 13 and will take place on the SMCC campus. If interested contact Dr. Jerome Garrison (602) 243-8034.
