A little lesson...
The Art Department is holding Art History. The event will be held in LB building room 145 on Dec. 16 from 10 a.m. until 11:50 a.m. then again from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. For more information please contact (480) 461-7528.

Basketcase...
The Heard Museum will be hosting a basketweaving festival from Dec. 5 to 6. Native food producers from over 14 tribes will be selling delicious Native foods as chefs demonstrate both traditional and contemporary preparations of foods.
There will also be Native American music and dance performances under Heard's outdoor amphitheater. This is the fourth year for the annual festival, and this year’s organizer, TOCA, invites the public to come and take part in a wonderful tradition. Save a life...
The American Red Cross is offering health and safety courses to students who are interested in learning CPR as well as first aid. Participants will learn how to act in an emergency situation and how to respond to a life-threatening event.
Among the topics covered will be CPR, rescue breathing, splinting and skills to help control breathing. All student organizations will receive a 10 percent discount for all American Red Cross CPR and first aid classes. For more information please contact (602) 336-6493.
