With the increasing population at Mesa Community
College, parking becomes more and more sparse, and pedestrian activity
rises. However, the impatient and disrespect of both pedestrians
and drivers alike, are the makings of a potentially disastrous occurrence.
All those who live in Arizona, or any other
border state near Mexico, have dealt with the difficulties of
trying helplessly to bridge the gap between Spanish and English.
Taking
a whiff of fresh air on campus is near impossible, thanks to all
the smokers spreading smoke into the lungs of all students within
their five-foot radius.
Many
students at MCC have a sense of duty.
There is duty in the sense of a moral obligation. There is the duty
to work to pay bills. There is duty to attend classes and do homework,
to graduate and make a better life for themselves.
Have anything to say?
