MCC men drop ball vs. Cochise

Men’s basketball fighting for playoff berth despite 20-win season

eading into Saturday’s showdown with Cochise College, the Thunderbird Basketball team was tied for second place in the ACCAC, holding a 13-6 conference record with only three games left. As fate would have it, the team they were tied with was the aforementioned Apaches of Cochise College.

Lady Birds host playoff showdown

The Division II nationally ranked lady Thunderbirds will host their first round playoff game today, March 8, after their recent success over Pima and Cochise Community Colleges.

   

MCC baseball improves to
13-4

With their season more than one third complete, the MCC baseball team has shown their ability on the field, posting a 5-2 record within the Arizona Community College Athletic Conference, and a 13-4 overall record as of Feb. 27.

 

 

   

Men’s tennis falls to Pima; ‘team’s season going great’

MCC Men’s Tennis lost 7-2 to Pima Community College Feb. 22 at home. The Thunderbirds have three wins and two losses on the season.
