The lady Thunderbirds suffered a 78-69 loss
to Yavapai Community College after coming off a stretch of road
games. Three of Mesa’s previous four games were on the road
and Mesa also won three of those four contests.

golf team looks forward to a run at the National Junior College

The MCC men’s basketball team
improved their record to 14-5 on the season, defeating Yavapai College,
79-72, placing the Thunderbirds in third place in the Arizona Community
College Athletic Conference.
